Payment
1. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Soft, Apple Pay, and Klarna (only available in the United States, United Kingdom and Germany). If you have any questions, please Contact Us.
2. Which Currency do you support?
The prices on our website are in British Pounds (£) by default. You can change the currency to your preference, by changing it in the upper left corner. The actual transaction will be done in Pounds (£) based on daily currency exchange.

Shipping
1. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries in the world. You can check on our Shipping page. If you can’t select your country on the shipping page, feel free Contact Us.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please refer to our Shipping information to determine the specific delivery time frame for your items. Keep in mind that international destinations may have varying delivery times.
3. How do I change my address once my order has been placed?
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
4. Where do you ship your products from?
We currently ship from the United Kingdom. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that has the actual stock available at the time of shipment to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.

Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your returns and exchange policy?
Online purchases made through Shamois are eligible for exchange and return within 14 days from the date you received all your item(s). All returned or exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
2. How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3-5 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your PayPal account. For credit card refunds, the transaction may take between 7 to 14 business days to be completed.

1. Are all your products animal friendly?
All products produced by Shamois are animal friendly. 0% of our products are made from real animal fur. They are Oeko Tex standard 100 certified reassuring our customers of production without harmful chemicals.
